Can i do two designs for  single order?(Stubby Holders)


Yes you can, if it is just the colour variation and the base design stays the same their will be no extra charges.but if there are two different designs in the same order , extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing order if unclear.




How to personalise?


Setup & Designing is Free for most of our products.Simply place order for the product you like and send us an email on sales@printaportal.com.au with your order number along with the photos or text you would like to print . And give us a little bit of information on how you would like to put your text or photos or other artwork together (example: your colour choice or theme or if you have any specific layout in mind) . we will make a mock up designs ,according to the information you will provide us and send it to you via email. you can suggest changes to the layout and we keep on doing the change until you are 100% happy .and once you approve the design we will start printing.




What are the turnaround times?


Turnaround times depends on the quantity. Turnaround times may vary from product to product. Best is to call us before placing your order. For stubby holders once you approve design we usually dispatch within 2-3 days.It also depends on your requirements.We also have Next Day Dispatch service available to all customers at no extra cost. So please let us know when you place your order that you need your order delivered urgently. we have 100% in house designing and production ,so nothing is impossiible.Just give a try..

What is guaranteed next day dispatch?


Beacuse of our 100% in house production , our turn around times are pretty quick. In most cases we dispatch with in a 2-3 days of customer approving the final design. But we also have Guaranteed Next day dispatch option availabe for customers who want their order dispatched urgently. Please let us know before hand that you want our next day dispatch service. It is available to all customers at no extra cost. So please let us know when you place your order.
